Six months later the page is slow, the CMS is broken because a plugin auto-updated, no one can find the login for hosting, and the original developer stopped replying to emails. Meanwhile the site is quietly failing every SEO test Google runs on it.

· A RECENT UAE REBUILD ·
A Downtown Dubai specialty cafe we rebuilt in May 2026 was running on a five-year-old WooCommerce theme that took six seconds to load on mobile. Their menu was a downloadable PDF nobody opened. We moved them to a clean Shopify build with a proper visual menu grid, one-tap WhatsApp reservation, and Google review pull-through on the homepage.
The site loads in 0.7 seconds. Their online reservations went from around 40 a month to over 200 in the first eight weeks after launch, without spending anything more on marketing.

Every millisecond of load time is a customer leaving.
Google confirmed years ago that page load time is a direct ranking factor. What most UAE agencies do not talk about is how badly this hits UAE sites specifically. Half the sites we audit are hosted overseas on cheap shared plans, serving Dubai users from a Frankfurt data centre, with hero images that were never compressed, running seven analytics scripts that nobody remembers installing. The site loads in five or six seconds. Google notices. So does the customer, who bounces before they even see the homepage.
We build for speed first. Images compressed and served in modern formats. Only the scripts that earn their place. Hosting on infrastructure close to the UAE audience.
