How we handle your Microsoft 365

Half the UAE Microsoft 365 tenants have everyone on the same licence.
When we audit an existing Microsoft 365 tenant, we usually see one of two patterns. Either every user is on the top-tier Business Premium licence at around AED 100 per user per month, when half of them only use email and never touch Teams, Intune, or the desktop Office apps. Or everyone is on the cheapest Business Basic licence, and the leadership team is quietly frustrated because they cannot use Outlook desktop, Teams voice calling, or share files bigger than 250 MB.
Neither is right. Microsoft 365 has different licence tiers for different roles, and using them properly usually saves 25 to 40 percent on total licence cost while giving power users the tools they actually need. The other place tenants leak money is on inactive licences: staff who left months ago whose mailboxes are still active and paid for. We clean those up during the audit.
We also see Teams deployed with no channel discipline (300 channels nobody uses, and the real team conversations happening in DMs), OneDrive personal folders being used for shared work files that should live in SharePoint, and Intune sitting configured but never actually enrolled on any device. Setup and configuration are two different things, and most tenants stopped at the first.
